Dr Daniel Borch Ibsen

Dr. Ibsen is an epidemiologist interested in how our dietary habits, together with our genes and our physical and social environment, contribute to health and disease. He is particularly interested in plant-based diets, type 2 diabetes and improving methods within nutritional epidemiology, including causal inference methods and food intake biomarkers.

Dolly Theis

Dolly Theis is completing her PhD examining government policy and evidence use at the MRC Epidemiology Unit in the University of Cambridge. Prior to her PhD, Dolly led the childhood obesity and grassroots sport research at the Centre for Social Justice think tank and was a parliamentary researcher in the House of Lords. Dolly co-founded 50:50 Parliament's cross-party #AskHerToStand campaign which helps women get selected and elected. She is an ambassador of military veterans charity Forward Assist and ex-offenders employment charity Tempus Novo.
