The Cambridge University/BAS Innovation Centre - Potential for New Collaborations

Prof Lloyd Peck, British Antarctic Survey

Friday, 5 July 9:30am

A new innovation centre is to be created between the university and BAS. This venture will include new facilities and funding to start some new science collaborations. These should be aimed towards a final societal or economic product. This talk will give an overview of the areas of science that BAS currently does, and the facilities it has of relevance to university life sciences departments. It will also point towards some areas of science that may have potential for development in this initiative.
