Natural Capital and Agricultural Intensification: Can we have both?
28 November 2013
Professor Tim Benton - UK Champion for Global Food Security presents this Global Food Lecture
The lecture takes place at the University of East Anglia at 7.30pm.
Demand for food is growing fast, yet constraints on production growth are severe. Climate change is already impacting negatively on global yields - and so resources dwindle and populations grow.
To what extent can we grow more food per unit area and do it sustainably?
