This talk will bring together two complementary perspectives on how to enable meaningful climate action. One speaker will explore the challenges and opportunities of transitioning towards healthy and sustainable diets, drawing on recent research and reflections on consumption patterns, and barriers and levers to change. The other speaker will examine psychological barriers that hinder effective climate action and discuss how behavioural and motivational interventions can promote sustained engagement and impactful choices. Together, the speakers will engage in dialogue on how transformative change can be accelerated, followed by an open Q&A with the audience.
Speakers:
- Sigurdur Martinsson (Darwin College)
- Miriam Remshard (PhD, Psychology)
