This talk brought together two complementary perspectives on how to enable meaningful climate action. Siggi speaker explored the challenges and opportunities of transitioning towards healthy and sustainable diets, drawing on recent research and reflections on consumption patterns, and barriers and levers to change. Miriam examined psychological barriers that hinder effective climate action and discuss how behavioural and motivational interventions can promote sustained engagement and impactful choices. Together, they engaged in dialogue on how transformative change can be accelerated. An open Q&A with the audience followed.
