Alison Harvey

Biography:

Alison Harvey's  role is to provide a strong research and communications framework for the University conservation community. Her work involves developing and supporting networks of researchers across the Collegiate University and finding ways to foster closer collaboration and promoting cross-disciplinary funding bids and other activities. She also manages overall conservation communication and public engagement, running conservation science events throughout the year, and implements a comprehensive skills and support programme for postdocs and graduates.

She has worked for the University for 20 years across a variety of disciplines. Her academic background lies in the arts and she is very interested in the art-science crossover and keen to support any projects within the conservation community that reflect this.
