Research Interests

Sarah is a PhD student working to help potato growers better understand the development of their crops, focusing on the canopy to improve crop management. This is involves quantifying the environmental and agronomic factors which influence the growth dynamics of the potato canopy throughout the season and developing a model which will provide growers with a benchmark against which they can judge the performance of a given crop and improve the reliability of the potato supply chain.
