Food waste: A start-up perspective

The Cambridge Food Security Forum is delighted to invite you to join us for a panel discussion about innovative solutions to food waste.

We will be hosting representatives from:

Entomics, which converts organic waste matter into agricultural inputs utilising the black soldier fly;

Olio, an app which aims to connect people with surplus food to those who could use it, and

'Too Good to Go', which allows restaurants to sell excess food cheaply just before they close.
