Are you a researcher who would like to spread your research abroad more broadly?

This workshop will focus on how to write about research for a public audience, how to talk to journalists about your research and how/when to work with the university's Communications Office. It will also cover things to think about while you're doing the research itself if you are planning to communicate it effectively afterwards.

Fred Lewsey and Jacqueline Garget from the University's Office of External Affairs and Communications will lead us in this session from 12 to 1 pm.

Lunch will be provided at 1 pm - please join us and meet other early career researchers.

This ECR session is jointly run by Cambridge Global Food Security IRC and the Conservation Research Institute.
