Insects and Wine Tasting Evening

A unique opportunity to taste three different insect canapés, each paired with wine, in the company of experts who will speak briefly about environmental sustainability, insect foods, and wines.

This is an adults only public event, hosted by the Cambridge Global Food Security IRC in collaboration with the University of Cambridge Conservation Research Initiative. It is part of the University of Cambridge's 2019 Science Festival.
