Plant Variety Protection Debates: Connecting Law, Science and Social Science

The objectives of the conference are:

  • To provide a platform for law, science and social science researchers to exchange knowledge about plant variety protection
  • To bring together key organisations and stakeholders involved in plant variety protection to discuss recent developments
  • To contribute to discussions on the pending review of the plant variety protection provision in the Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (Art. 27.3b)

We welcome papers, posters and photographs on topics related to the conference. Please send the abstract: 300 words, form of presentation: paper, poster or photographs, name(s) of presenters, email address, institution/organisation and a note of any special requirements to Titilayo Adebola: T.A.Adebola@warwick.ac.uk before 10 May 2018.

We also welcome participants who do not wish to deliver presentations, but would like to learn more about the topics explored and engage in discussions with speakers.
