Biography

I am a PhD student at King's College at the University of Cambridge. I previously completed my BA in Social Studies at Harvard University and my MPhil in Economic and Social History at the University of Cambridge. My research interests include the history of food and the reciprocal relationship between the environment and human diets. My thesis project, supervised by Dr. Paul Warde, focuses on the impact of historical fish stock collapses on the American food system.
