With the ever increasing threat that climate change poses, it is becoming both more valuable and important that we assess the environmental impact human diets can have. This webinar-style event will feature three experts, working for the NNEdPro Global Centre for Health and Nutrition, who will give an insight into the interaction between human diet and the environment. Specifically, they will explore the idea of whether changes to human diet on a global scale could influence improvements in the state of the environment.
