Dr Henri van Soest is a founder of the Cambridge Infrastructure Resilience Group (CIRG), which brings together researchers and practitioners working on infrastructure and societal resilience. A lawyer by training, his PhD research focused on the policy and regulation of cybersecurity in the European electricity system. Before starting his PhD at Cambridge, he worked as a researcher in energy policy at the University of Oslo, and in cleantech and ESG roles in London and Brussels.
